I've met a lot of successful real estate investors with MBAs who've said it really didn't help much in the field of real estate investing.

There should be sections referring to the description of your unit (where it begins and what it includes) as well as definitions of the Common Elements of building (owned by the association and the Limited common elements (used to service one or more units but not all) and how they are handled (who is responsible for them).  

Facts.You should create a google voice line that has a 2-3 VM answering description of the property and only ask SERIOUS people to leave a vm.

Spend $200 on photos and save the $400.Beyond that, do you have clear next steps in the listing description?

Mainly I'm looking for the legal description so I can research it.

Or, even check out properties that fit the below description: A) 3 bedroom / 2 bath - SFH - w/ least 2500 sq ft in (Preferably in the Jacksonville Beach area)B) 5 - 12 unit multi-family properties  Would love to connect one way or another. 

Does anyone have a recommendation, or are there any realtors that fit that description here?
