Networking in Jacksonville, FL : March 11 - 12th

Hi All, 

My business partner and I have multi-family and STR properties thought out Boise, Athens, Washington DC, and Jacksonville areas. We are trying to consolidate to a more central location to really expand our portfolio and have landed on Jacksonville.

We will be coming to the area March 11 - 12th and I would love to get together with people if there is any interest. Specifically looking to network with any investors, agents, local bankers, property managers, etc. We would love to grab coffee, lunch, or dinner. Or, even check out properties that fit the below description: 

A) 3 bedroom / 2 bath - SFH - w/ least 2500 sq ft in (Preferably in the Jacksonville Beach area)

B) 5 - 12 unit multi-family properties  

Would love to connect one way or another.
