No matter what kind of forum you get on they have the same pieces of crap lurking around just waiting to jump on folks.

Even if its a piece of crap that has been dying a slow death on loopnet for 6 months.

Their sense of ethics wouldn't allow them to put out crap.

Quasi - "Celebs" have had their names made on TV shows, then they go off selling crap via seminars.

If you spend time you can handle inquires on your credit by yourself.I do not know this company but it sounds like a dump truck load full of crap to me.If credit score is high but debt ratio is too much getting off inquiries will not help. 750 and above is about the top 10% of credit scores nationally.

I had a flat roof at my office that needed to be worked on every 4-5 years even after the promise of the installation of magic rubber membranes and all kinds of other crap.  

That "crap" deal on Loopnet might actually be a good deal if you call/email the broker and find out that the seller is really motivated and will sell for $x less or the seller has 7 other buildings for sale not listed.

I know a guy a saw recently pitching a seminar here in Texas was full of crap and flat out lying to the people in the free  1 or 2hr intro.   

Holy crap..  

It is the landlord/ corporatios's responsibility to eradicate these from property.
