I am not saying you're wrong...all I am saying is it is impossible to predict the markets.for instance, a buddy of mine putting all his $ in cash last year, taking it out of the stock market...I just $ cost average in 100% equities and my return was 25-30%.

I have an old buddy that sells for a developer out there and I’ve been in contact with him as of late, so naturally he is optimistic about the area but I want to make sure I'm doing the proper research.
