1st time investor numbers..

Hello..I'm a first time investor and I'm from Jacksonville, FL. Below is a property that I'm looking at and would like some thoughts

Price: $127k

2 bed/2bath condo

2012 built

HOA 180 per month

Rent $1200 per month

This is in a neighborhood with a high demand for rental units. I would prefer a property with no HOA or a lesses HOA, but based on the neighborhood and demographics, I am leaning towards this community for a starter investment property for me to get started and crown myself a landlord!! :-) feel free to say Yay/Nay or I'm crazy doing this??
