Unless your lease gives you the power to ban guests based on behavior, I would say that you are more or less out of luck unless you can get a restraining order against him based on his behavior towards you.

Just use the GPS System, non-lienable debt, and build a power team so you can execute many properties at once.  40 months, for just over $3k a month really isn't that hard...ion the right market.
