Go to REI events if you aren't already and spend the time shaking hands (post-COVID) or elbow dipping and learn about what your local investors are looking for instead of looking for a way to automate something that sellers will not want, like excessive texts from an app.

Yes, they are lending funds to a real estate company... but strictly speaking, it makes no difference if the company sold bagels or software or manufactured toilet seats.

Personally, I don't trust automated valuations as the final say in determining rent, though they're helpful to see to make sure you're pricing your unit within a realistic range.

They usually limit those to licensed agents and there is a fee paid to keep it up.You can use it for automated search/notification since a good deal doesn't last long.

JenPost it on Craigslist, call everyone you know in the investment world and see if anyone they know is buying there, (if you have Prop Stream or a similar software) look for recent cash sales in the area (non owner occupied) and call the buyers to see if they are still buying.
