Great Property Manager in Milwaukee?

I’m looking to connect with a great property manager in Milwaukee. For B-C residential.

Any referrals or managers out there? I’m in Madison, not too far away

Also - What rates are others paying in MKE for SF up to four-plex?

Not to say a full-time property manager isn't for you, but have you ever considered using any self-management software to help with some of the painful tasks of being a landlord and in turn save yourself some money.

I'd go with Welcome Home Milwaukee, they have a flat fee model. They also have a side by side comparison of other PM's on their website.
