Hi There,

I hope you are doing well. We are a software engineer also a real estate investor in California. We are working on some app/software POC which shows cash flow for a given property. What I came to find out was that the property data is owned by MLS and needs a realtor or agent license to access it. I was wondering if I can find and partner with local agents for the help on this.

What I am looking for is:
A) Access MLS API
B) Get property data based on MLS ID

I am willing to pay for temp access in a format with a flat fee of a mix of percentage and flat fee of grunt labor of filtering through the MLS (as an assistant).
