Some will get a money order and take it to me or my wife personally, some do cash app, one deposits directly into my checking account and takes a pic of the receipt, and I have one auto draft.

TenantCloud is another I'm considering, and the main reason I haven't moved there already is that they don't currently allow tenants to create an auto-debit each month.

Also, depends how long you plan to keep the home & still live in it, if you have sufficient Reserves/savings etc (they should be asking you these things).Debt Consolidation is a valid reason to pay off higher interest rate debt such as: credit cards, auto loans (depending on rate/payment), student loans, HELOC's etc.
