YouTube, forums, deal searching, calling sellers...etcYea profits are slim on amazon but just like real estate you must be able to pivot.

Videos can be "professionally" edited through free smart phone apps in minutes and uploaded to YouTube for sharing.

You can also listen to all free podcast from BP in youtube or whatever. 

If you are not familiar, do a little research (YouTube has a plethora of videos on the subject).

yes ,, lots, study up on it there is a lot of good content on here or youtube or books etc. but dont let a deal slip by just because you dont understand, and DONT get into a bad deal either. . so get to studying and learning and growing

I've been doing research on my own, I've attended seminars, workshops and listen to webcasts when I'm at the gym (in lieu of music) and finally sent out some mailers and made some mistakes in conversation that I am learning from.

What you do with the cash-out refi funds are up to you but I think if you run these numbers you'll find it's not such a great idea (provided you can actually find and purchase foreclosures/short-sales at a 20% discount and be able to purchase them using financing when your competition will probably be paying cash).These strategies sound great in the "make money in real estate" youtube videos but they really don't pan out in the real world.
