@Aaron Aho,You need to understand how Zillow, etc. work.They draw info directly from the public records, especially on properties which have sold.That said, there are areas - Missouri for one - which are "non-disclosure".

Also note that this is a contractors salary not a w2 worker,  so I would not directly compare the salaries to a standard job without making adjustments for payroll tax,  health care, PTO, etc. 

The smiles of success of these people surrounded by poverty is another source of motivation.The health and happiness of my children is a strong source of motivation.
