It's actually a huge pain to park your car anywhere nearby.

Code enforcement is active M-F and neighbors can be a pain.

I gave up predicting the future a long time ago, but there is potential for pain here.

Knowing the pains and frustrations of a property owner first hand can motivate the PM company to perform better.

Needless to say, through FHA this was a pain with all of the guidelines, inspections draws, and of course there was a huge learning curve since this was my first deal.Move to today and I am currently in contract on a 2 unit with an unfinished basement and am using an FHA loan to close on it.

I think that we just have to be creative to share the pain equitably.

So I’m sure there must be a few landlords out there who are doing the same. frankly I think it’s stupid and hypocritical  to complain  for months  about the moratorium and protections for renters and how there’s no relief or financial assistance for landlords, and then when they finally start a program that does just that—-pay the landlords the money they’ve been whining about—to refuse to take it.

It's a minor pain to paint the small gap above cabinets. 

Build rapport and ask for and find the pain points.
