Can I expense my moving costs if I am moving across the country to pursue RE investing full-time in another state?

If he still isn't willing to consider moving into it, I can either sell it or lease the other half to get a reasonable return on my investment.

Oh well, but I have the resource to keep moving forward and I have about 25 guys, so my client is covered.

What do you expect to make on this once you move out? 

Most companies are moving away from dedicated apps anyway as more code can just make everything accessible whether it's on a PC or a smartphone. 

On your end you need to review and identify what the cause is specifically...if there's nothing in the lease to specifically point to then it's harder but I would still impress upon the tenant that he stops whatever is causing this or he moves out. 

Another tenant, in another state, is breaking the lease and moving out...I feel like the markets are oversaturated with rentals....  

I’m having a hard time deciding if I should move forward with the deal or keep renting (currently paying $2200/mo in an apartment, we would have to pay $4k to terminate lease early).

Beautiful city, near the coast and mountains, a ton of businesses moving into the area, large demand for property, etc etc.
