I have read Brandon's books and I feel inspired.  

That inspired me to study wholesaling and lease options and that led me here.My goals:30 Day Plan - Find a mentor and take a 'ride along' on a wholesale deal.90 Day Plan - Close 1 wholesale deal with a profit of $3-5k.1 Year Plan - Take some advanced training courses with Rich Dad and close at least 1 deal per month.2 Year Plan - Start a property management company, quit my job, buy an apartment building, and close 2-3 deals a month.3 Year Plan - Buy multiple apartment buildings and teach my friends and family the trade to help them become financially free as well.Ambitious?

You're an inspiration to a lot of people and a lot of people all around can learn from you.

 I read an amazing article today by a 22 year old millionaire named Tucker Hughes- https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/276134 It inspired me to dive deep and examine my daily productivity, clarity for my goals, and how I plan to accomplish them.

My lack of knowledge inspired me to create the Real Estate Investment and Networking Club through Iowa State University in hopes that I could attract others that share my same passion to where we could bring in outside, or possibly inside resources to teach us as much as possible about real estate investing.

My current inspiration and knowledge is coming mostly from Keller Ink, MREA and FLIP: How to Find, Fix, and Sell Houses for Profit.
