I quickly released them without penalty and they moved out the following weekend.To my knowledge there is not a law in my area that forces me to notify of a crime.

Hi all, we are reading a lot about multi-family rentals and have a question regarding forced appreciation.

Specifically, there can be no repairs that force you to move out for 7 days and all repairs must be done within 6 months of the closing date.  

Also searching the rentals for landlords who are sick of renting or forced to rent and would rather cash out from their property and avoid any headache.  

I did force all of them to pay on time but was determined and eventually evicted or otherwise got rid of them all.They all fit the welfarian stereotype and were in fact typical of the vast majority of welfare recipients in Ontario Canada.

So 3 weeks with no pay has forced me to take real estate seriously again.

I'm counting with:Owning would make my credit better, forced saving account on mortgageLiving for around 600-700/m total if room is rented Airbnb or month to monthBetter lifestyle than my current rent by far as I live in a room and 4 roommates in apt..Worst case I rent the condo or sell it, refinance Hopefully buy similar 5-10units and rent all, one day all rental profit 5-10k/month

The owner has no access whatsoever without forcing me or one the other adjacent property owners to provide an easement.  

They brute force find sellers IMHO.
