Is this a glitch in the system?

Can't publish a listing because the other units in the property already have tenants in them and the system can't deal with that. 

I talked to one pretty big one out of FLA the other day and he was trying to snow ball me in saying ya BUT our draw system is very fast LOL..

With modern pest control for termites, roaches, and mice the state-of-the-art products are all bait systems which you really don't want to use unless you already have a problem. 

Thankful to the founding fathers of this country and everyone else who on a daily basis sacrifice their energy, brains, time, and grit in building systems that work and in also believing in anyone who can.

The rules here changed for the last round of funding-- where people with evictions pending are prioritized which sucks because I hate to file (damaging) eviction suits on tenants that are likely to pay in the end.Another reason we may have seen higher applications is because we put a mutually beneficial system in place for working with tenants who ( we knew) needed help but might could/would have begged, borrowed or scraped to make the rent had no aid been available.I do expect to fully collect 100% of rent due for the entire moratorium period.

He was also a real estate investor so was familiar with how our state system ran.

I would definitely want to develop a system where I am confident in the guests I would allow to stay at my rentals.

@Rajesh Mittal - it is definitely easier to start this at 23-24 when you do not have a family or tied to any school system/location with no family to worry about.
