A quick disclaimer: I am not a real estate agent or vendor, and I have nothing to sell or market to you.What I would like to ask, is from a technology/web/app perspective, what drives you crazy on a routine basis?  

Anyone offer opinion on how to price such a business comprised of say 50 CFDs, the deeds to the under lying properties, but the balance do on the CFDs being equal to what the properties are worth?

Clearly, the fault here does not lie with the Tenant, who was off-site during the damage, but with the structural design of the window frame/exterior walls.

My educational background is in building automation technology. 

He's clearly delusional claiming an offer came in at $1 mil and must've either lied about that or the zoning change must be fairly recent.
