Hi!

A quick disclaimer: I am not a real estate agent or vendor, and I have nothing to sell or market to you.

What I would like to ask, is from a technology/web/app perspective, what drives you crazy on a routine basis?  Is it managing your client list, following up on prospective sales, tracking receipts, etc.?
