Deal Advice on 2 family in massachusetts
Friends,
I have a situation and I just need some general advice on how to approach this deal if its even a deal at all.
I'm a wholesaler and I had a seller contact me wanting to sell their 2 family home. The seller purchased the home about a year ago for $220K and Owes 212K currently. The mortgage is up to date and the seller lives in one unit and has a tenant in the other unit. Each unit is 2 br 1 bath and the sq footage is over 1700. The seller is unsure of what they want to sell the property for but I am going to meet with the seller this week to discuss a price. So far the seller says they have "outgrown" the property that's why they want to sell. Since I am a wholesaler and I deal with properties at a discount my question is.....
How would you deal with this seller/property?
Post your thoughts or advice. Thanks!
