My best advice is to thoroughly research debt until you’re very comfortable and familiar with all aspects.

You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the tax consequences of the decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck. 

I can certainly see the value in your ability to connect people to real estate CPAs and could have used that service a few years ago, but I now have someone I have been working with for several years and am very happy with the advice and service I am getting from them. 

I promise i'm not getting all my tax advice on social media... but my tax advisor hasn't helped prepare for a HH yet and he's flip-flopped between Sch E and Sch C enough to make me question it...

Therefore, I am not sure what's feasible in regards to 1) finding an affordable multi-family out that way and 2) what the unofficial neighborhood ratings would be out that way.I'd appreciate any advice as I consider my options, and a referral or two wouldn't hurt as well.Thanks,Phil
