I have used a CPA in the past named Don Mowery at Trout, Ebersole, and Groff in Lancaster, and he gave some good tax advice for our future investments, but if you just need a return filed it will be a waste of $1000 in my opinion.

Up to this point I have worked with an agent that has their standard offer contract that they use or wholesalers that send out the contract that they want used when sharing their off market deal so the DIY approach is new to me and I don't want to make a costly mistake.
