Has anyone bought the new book on BP - Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor? If so, I am looking for feedback on the content and if you found it useful. I recently purchased my first two multi-family investment properties this year and I am seeking advice on tax strategies. I want be sure I am taking advantage of everything available to so that when it comes time to file my 2018 taxes I have put myself in the best position possible.

I am hoping this book will provide that guidance, but would love to hear some feedback from anyone that has already purchased it.

Thanks,

Jenn

@Jennifer Dixon I have recently attended two brief seminars on the new tax law. It is highly complicated. My head is still hurting. But in the same breath its kind of simple. Dont try to learn the tax law that will never happen. What you need to have is the best CPA for the job. One who knows how to maximize your profit and keep you out of any trouble with the IRS. My accountant has saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past 25 years and has been able to keep me out of any audits and grief that the IRS can give you unless you keep your records tight  and follow the rules. Bend the rules slightly but dont break them.
