@Steven Booty Since you're considering investing in a multi family, I would make sure you have reviewed and prepared your lease for potential tenants in the future. 

I have found this to be helpful to future landlords when reviewing applications. 

I'm currently reviewing all the books I had from my classes, but want to know if there is something better to prepare.

We have done a lot of research and found tons of properties in Pottstown, Norristown and Reading, but have heard some troubling reviews of these areas regarding: tenants, taxes and political issues.

I doubt she reviewed my offer, however, perhaps they had a power of attorney.
