I've been mostly just doing research at the moment determining the best fit of those three for my plan.So I guess it's a little bit of both.

I did some research about rents in the area and I think I should be able to raise the rents to $1000 each ( if this is not correct please let me know.

Is there a listing of pet friendly Townhome HOA communities. It's time consuming calling each one and waiting for them to get back to me. Any ideas are appreciated. ThanksMindy

You might want to research who is in the AMC for that area.

I still have a lot of research to do before I make my final decision, and I appreciate the advice you have for creating my plan for investing before making that decision for myself.
