Currently I am sending about 3500 pieces of mail (Yellowletters) to absentee owners, I hit mail the same list about 5 times every 6 weeks.

A piece of flat stock aluminum slides in above the door in the frame, that prevents the door from being raised and popped out of the track.Windows get the L bracket in the tracks, double hung.

No one ever follows up on the first piece of mail they recieve.

The hardest part about this type of job is cutting out the cast iron pipe in pieces because it’s so heavy.

Graduated in 2011 with cash in my pocket and soon after purchased my first piece of real estate. 

We are selling a property that still in my wife's former married name, and looking to turn around and reinvest it in a new piece of property under an LLC.  

You need to be able to call sellers back right away or they will move on to the next piece of mail they received.

Another piece of advice would be to start building your own personal team if you want to start investing in real estate.

I would not think most brokers would care (Although I could be wrong) as long as they get their piece of it.
