I sold a few buildings over the last 12 months (40 units total).

It rents for $2,100 today, and in 15 years it will be fully paid for and renting for over $4,000 a month. 

Very dissatisfied with their service.

In addition - checking account statements showing deposit income going back X number of months would also do that as well.  

@Luis Hinestrosa- thanks ....contact your colleagues / friends for lender referals and then contact them with your scenario and questions and then make a decsion ....if a lender knows they have been referred - there is a tendency for them to provide above average  pricing and service 

For all I know they are absolutely legit, I'm just not sure the best way to ensure I'm not screwing myself over for the next 12 months etc. 

I would guess between $600-$1,000 annually would be a good estimate for a rental house based on what I have in my portfolio... so I would decrease the $187/month to about $80-$100 per month.

Yes I just realize this..I need to "crunch" the numbers to have an idea of how much I would pay every month..if I take..like $50k every three months 3 times..I could not find an heloc calculator that allows me to calculate precise monthly payments..Any ideas?
