Mobile park pad fees here in Logan are ~$260, so you're saving on rent alright.

Anyone has a referral for an architect engineer to do a quick draw and mechanical planning for a small single family rehab in Washington DC?

I see no reason to limit myself b/c I can drive to each area in less than one hour.I've always owned condo's from my youth that I held onto more as a forced savings mechanism than an actual investment.

Mechanical wise I believe each floor has new HVAC equipment, modern data connections etc.  

I have found a property near me some one started developing for mobile home or RV use.

I purchased a 3/2 mobile home on a corner lot in Pleasanton Texas, all in a at $40K.

I live in Central Connecticut and i am very interested in renting mobile homes and would like to know the in's and out's of this investment strategy.
