Buying a mobile home park

Hi Everyone,

My wife and I are looking for advise on buying a mobile home park for investment purposes.

We have experience with single family homes and a 6 unit apartment building but none at all with a mobile home park.

Any advise and guidance you all have will be greatly appreciated.

Greg, become familiar with the Mobile Home University. They have good education materials and a great forum on the subject. It has a lot of little pieces you need to be aware of before you buy a park. They also do a bootcamp about every other month, which I have been to, and I recommend.
