@Kevin Park - I would recommend that if you are looking for multifamily insurance in Bakersfield that you speak to at least 2-3 independent brokers like @John Mocker mentioned, but also ask for the information from the current insurer of the property. 

You are paying for an estimate , but you are really paying for information that you will use to make your offer on the property , just like when you pay for a home inspection .

i will attempt to do the calculations above and hopefully i will make some progress :)I am beggining to realize that I may of made some errors in my initial investments - i hope i find that not to be the case but at least i will now have the power of information.
