This forced me to in fact buy cash, but now I can fix my credit and come Jan 2015, be able to get mortgages for investment properties.I urge everyone with little, no, or poor credit history to 1) try and bump up any limits on pre existing credit cards. 2) try and open another card if you only have 1-2 cards (especially if you only have 1 card.) 3) try and use no more than 30-40% of each card's limit

How do I go about checking their credit, what about green cards, does that have anything to do with it, what else do I need to make sure I am covered, and am doing everything by the book?
