Hey David,Great questions.I believe agents will need to be more resourceful, have better systems in place for streamlining the entire process and will need to be able to handle most tasks remotely - i.e. consultations, virtual tours, e-signatures.Its really not too different from where things were headed pre-COVID.In my opinion, agents will still be a vital part of the process for both buyers and sellers.

It has a business name, but not necessary since my property expenses are listed on a Schedule E for filing my tax returns.

Most houses need something unless they are brand new.

All are brand new (were replaced this year).

@Bob E. - I haven't been in that situation yet, but would look to handle it that same way.

Just yesterday I spent two hours driving up and down E 93-E115 off Superior looking for my first deal in the area.
