Hey all,

I need to replace the furnace in one unit of my duplex (990 sqft).

I got an offer for - Payne brand 45K BTU 80% Gas furnace.

The price offer includes installation was 2250$.

I will be happy to know if that sounds to you like a good deal...

Thanks!

Is it one furnace for two units and who pays for the heat?  if it's you, put a 93%+ out to bid by creating your own bid spec and pick one.  Saving 20% on annual heating over a period of 10 years is worth doing.
