Forming a Business entity

Good day Bp fam .... hope everyone is staying safe . I wanted to get a lil input on business entity’s . How important are they ? Do you really only need an llc? I hear if you setup the wrong type of Corp you could end up paying way more tax then you should . Another question is who is the right person to help you build your structure , lawyer Or acct ?  Any feedback is helpful and appreciated ..... stay safe guys
