I suspect that my plumbing supplier is hanging on by the skin of his teeth.If this doesn't stop, there isn't going to be any place left to buy materials except for Lowes, and I dislike their roofing, lumber, and plywood-- not to mention that they are the most expensive place to buy those items.One more thing to make landlording and rehab more difficult. it's getting harder and harder to buy the materials needed to get the work done.
