I'm relatively new to the game (and this forum) but I have seen in this thread a lot of demand for web scrapers or developing some sort of proprietary database of leads, properties, and contacts from public record.With that, if people are hosting this information of public information, they may want to ensure it stays protected as well.

This is very common in our market, it's to cover the administrative cost of managing the payment each month. 

The city can also do an administrative adjustment.

Administratively, they execute and enforce policies and procedures developed by the Board.

And yes, the title company doesn't have time to coach you on how to complete a contract or the administration of a contract...that falls solely on your shoulders.

There's an administrative side to lending that might be salary, like underwriting.

Ask them what they are looking for and create your database.
