Professionals will be busy, and while the cliche advice of "add value and a mentor will come" may work in some cases, you have to get out there and learn from everyone you come in contact with and add the useful information they give you into your own daily routine.Hope that helps.

I am currently investing in Rochester NY and often wonder how my fellow landlords/investors deal with stress on a daily basis.

I've been pounding the Podcasts daily and I can't seem to get more than generalizations from there.

I've been into the BiggerPockets podcast as well as others daily for a solid few weeks now and plan to attend a meet up this Tuesday so I'm definitely looking forward to making some things happen!

Soon you can't keep up and you are in the inner circle.There are TONS of properties out there and the daily grind of "investor agents" is to find them and move them.

The seller seems to think they can sell it for what their father bought it for 10 years ago, but it is very outdated and currently has ventilation issues in the upstairs living quarters, there is a lot of moisture on the walls.

We are eager to start a somewhat lifestyle by own design and get away from the daily grind.

I purchased Mojo to get the Expired Listings daily but I'm not having luck getting people to pick up the phone or when they do, it's either the wrong number or they don't want to hear from yet another agent.All of my friends in my circle of influence know I'm back in full-time and are looking out for me as well.So my question becomes, what are you guys doing right now to find sellers?
