Back in Full-Time. Tips for getting those first listings?

Hey friends,

I've left my job as a Business Analyst and I'm in full-time again after 10 years away!  I'm really excited and I feel like all of my ducks are in a row.  I purchased Mojo to get the Expired Listings daily but I'm not having luck getting people to pick up the phone or when they do, it's either the wrong number or they don't want to hear from yet another agent.

All of my friends in my circle of influence know I'm back in full-time and are looking out for me as well.

So my question becomes, what are you guys doing right now to find sellers?  What's working?  What isn't?

Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!
