I have a feeling verizon waits until customers go to extreme measures to actually correct situations.

You'll definitely be able to provide a better service to your customers that way, and ultimately be able to help more people and close more deals. 

VA has a program that allows veteran home owners to customize their houses to allow wheelchairs and handrails. 

Implying there is a difference or saying there is when there is not, gets into fair trade issues, deceiving the customer. 

However, my first side project actually will be a renovation for a customer.

Often when I write a review, I feel I'm communicating with the owner more than future customers.  

I always use Schlueter Kerdi,  expensive but real nice to work with and customize.  

As @Jackie Lange said, Wordpress is the most popular CMS out there right now and you find all types of themes which you can customize to fit your needs. 

Im kinda sick of the "oh so your becoming a slumlord" or "why do you wanna fix toilets", etc.. comments from friends and various people when they hear im investing in rental properties. its like an automatic stigma from people who dont invest in real estate or anything else for that matter beside go to their 9-5 day job.Im sure you guys get them too, whats your response when you get these annoying labels?
