My name is Brandon Richardson, and I live in Atlanta (born and raised). I've been in general contracting on the commercial side for 12 years, and always had an interest in real estate investing. I'm finally at a point in life where I can dive into this (read: the wife will allow it). While my background is in being a contractor, I don't necessarily plan to be the GC on any rehabs that I pursue. However, my first side project actually will be a renovation for a customer. I will start a thread in another forum for that. My overall goal, however, is to build up a portfolio of income-generating properties mixed with flips. Thanks!
