We were originally going to put our PB duplex on the market next spring but with the new SVR restrictions set to take place next July (barring court challenges and delays) we don't want to be on the market if/when a ton of investors start dumping their multifamily properties, so we'll be testing the waters and possibly listing it in October or November.We shall see.
