I had a lead come in off a direct mail campaign. It’s a house very close to downtown Arlington Heights. It comes on a 6600 sq ft house in need of updating, but an extra 3300 sq ft lot sold on extra pin all sold at the same price. I’m trying to get an idea on what a developer would normally expect to pay for something like this. Feel free to message me for more info.
