I am brand new to real estate investing, ready and willing to learn all I can.

The home is currently a 3 BR and 3 BR home with 2 bedrooms including a master with a private full bathroom connected to it.

Ideally I am looking for some advice to a brand new investor on some things you wish you did starting out.

I am brand new to the REI world and would like to know what would be the best way to acquire financing for my first property?

Reno wise:MINI- keep kitchen cabinets and restain, new countertops, new appliance, new floors, etc.MAXI- gut kitchen, brand new cabinets, counters, appliance floors, etcMINI- reglaze tub, replace floors, clean and repaint tile, etcMAXI- gut bathrooms (2x), tile shower, glass showers (master), etcetc....and so on..What to do what to do? 

For any that can offer it, what advice would you give a brand new person starting out?

I do not know about the allure band one but I used the Vesdura brand one from builddirect.com and love it so far.

I currently live in SoCal, and will be moving out to East Texas area in Nov (escaping the population, cost of living, poor air quality, etc etc of SoCal).
