Hello! I am brand new to the REI world and would like to know what would be the best way to acquire financing for my first property? I will have about $10k cash available when I'm ready to purchase my first property. I work a seasonal job so I foresee having a hard time getting banks to lend to me, so what are my options? Thanks!
