The other company did and had the land contract as an exclusion which would be removed once we received the release (which we did).

Hello all, so I received a call today regarding an off market property, owner is requesting 55K...an issue I am having is no access to MLS, so I researched how to get comps without MLS access...according to Zillow and Realtors.com property is currently valued at a little over 60K.

The main feedback i've received is that the neighborhood is far out...its 6 miles from city limit (unfortunately nothing I can do about location).

Most experienced agents will have a Minimum $amount commission they will work for, and sometimes the buyer agent will have an agreement the buyer will pay extra if they are only receiving a cut rate % from the listing broker, but......these need to be disclosed in writing and agreed to by you Before making an offer.Yes, this is BS if not disclosed/agreed to upfront.
