Pretty flagrantly, too.If a Realtor has a marketing strategy of having an exclusive period on another platform to collect bids, so it hits the main MLS hot and already bid up (or whatever, the exact strategy is irrelevant), they should be allowed to.There should be a competitive marketplace for the good or service in question, no one should be forced to use just one good or service.

I would bet that you could compare their basic property data in every area in the county and the only differences you would find would would be due to data entry errors (and possible a technical error here and there).

The building would have periods of tenant turn-over.When we wanted to take our apartments off the AirBnb platform, I marketed the units as furnished rentals and got no where.
