If you haven't already, I would strongly suggest educating yourself on deal analysis (bigger pockets has some great articles) and partner with an experienced investor on your first couple deals and split the profits so you can learn.

Before and during classes I intend to consume as much BP material without sacrificing my school work but it's difficult because you sort of get hook from one podcast to another and from one article to another.Do you know how I can attend the BP Meetups as well as what I need to do in order to qualify and get licensed?
