New investors in southern Utah county

Hey everyone! My husband and I are looking to get started in some real estate investing in our area. Most likely some multi family, low/no money down, and wholesaling homes. My husband works full time doing mortgages, and I feel like this is something I can do aside with staying home with my kids. With his knowledge and support and my time I know we can do this! I've been reading lots and super anxious to learn more. Would love feedback, or to meet anyone in my area willing to help me get started. Thanks! Marcie
