Look for low fees, great agent website, intuitive CRM, marketing support and probably most important of all, broker availability.When making my relocation move to Maine over the last several months, I signed on with Keller Williams in Maine.  

@William Leininger you may want to try searching the local meetups in your area, or the Western WA areas that you want to invest in.

@Shawn Patrick Williams it sounds like you need more of a local lender for this type of a product.
