Asset-backed credit line 4 flips and rentals

I am trying to find a company that will give me a credit line about a hundred thousand to $150,000 based on assets that I have and a bank statement. I have a couple of smaller properties that I would like to pick up and do some minor repairs and put on my rental portfolio. I own other property outright and have some money in the bank about 30k I have a deed to a house and have assets but because I am a business owner of another business and I'm showing a losses on my tax return for the first year I'm having a hard time getting this credit line. Any suggestions?
